Everyone wants to feel needed and significant. If you can make your prospect feel that they matter to the world you are fulfilling a very strong human need.
Do NOT however make them feel like you need the sale or need them to join your business. Your intention is to fill their needs, not your own.
Sometimes people are in a place where they don’t feel their own worth or value, like if they are in a job where they are unappreciated or they may feel unappreciated at home.
So how do you make them feel needed? Just tell them that they matter, that they are unique and can accomplish great things if they desire to do so. In doing this, you will persuade your prospect to say YES to whatever you are offering.
