If you can fill 1 or more of these needs during a conversation with a customer or a prospect or in your written copy (copy writing) ie. sales letters, emails, social media posts, you are quite easily able to persuade them to take the action that you want them to. Humans have an inherent need to be right. If you let your prospect feel that they are right then you are fulfilling this need.

 

What reaction do you get from people when you tell them that they are wrong, or what they are feeling is wrong or that their concern is not valid. They decide to have nothing to do with you.

 

You need to validate your prospect thought, feelings and concerns and make them feel that you understand them and where they are at. Everyone wants to be right and everyone wants to be understood. If you make them feel this, the are much more likely to buy from you and join you in your network marketing business.
