Today I want to share with you some of my Fat Blasting Favorites and also how I was able to lose 15 pounds in 5 weeks. 

So I’ll admit it…

I put on “the COVID 15” like everybody did, right?

And it wasn’t so much about the weight, but my energy level was starting to drop. So I made the decision to drop the weight I had put on…

I did some things in my daily schedule, added a few products, and I lost 15 pounds in honestly five weeks, and it was easy as hell.

But the beautiful thing about it is that I have no more weight that I want to lose!

The changes that I’ve made have helped me gain control over my own thoughts, my own patterns, and my own behaviors, which were controlling my emotions, which were controlling my behaviors all around food. 

So I’m going to break it down super simple and share with you straight up how I did it!

1. Black Coffee ( Your Choice) 2. Water + Lemon 3. Green Tea 4. Physical Activity a Few Times a Week 5. Modere Logiq + Collagen Creamer 6. Modere Burn 7. Modere Trim + Liquid Biocell Collagen


JUST black coffee, green tea and water for the first 2-4 hours upon waking.

Yup, a wee bit of intermittent fasting! TRUST ME on this…going this long without food gets easier to do everyday!

Truth is, I used to feel like I was going to throw up as soon as my stomach was empty. Turns out I was totally insulin dependent. 

Mid morning or noon:

My preferred coffee is Modere’s Logiq with collagen. I also add my favorite creamer with collagen and MTC oil, it too is a Modere product. 

At the same time I start to have this coffee I take ONE TABLESPOON of a belly fat blaster TRIM, put it in my coffee or put it in a shake with our protein powder or Sustain and almond milk. And I also take ONE TABLESPOON of Liquid Biocell which is also a liquid collagen. 

I am also freaking in love with and 3 capsules of BURN  which helps raise your internal body temperature and turns your body into a fat burning machine!

THIS coffee and the tablespoon of fat blaster keeps me full for 2 hours!

2 PM/ Lunch:

INCLUDE PROTEIN! If you can keep your lunch as low carb as possible it will truly make a difference! It will also help you deal with any insulin issues like I had!

Evening/ Dinner:

INCLUDE PROTEIN! Again, if you can keep your dinner as low carb as possible it will help you lose weight faster!

I’m a regular chick, who has fought with my own mental battles with food.

I don’t do keto and I’m never in ketosis as I find keto is IMPOSSIBLE to stick with so NOT a good lifestyle choice for me personally.

I like my wine!!! I drink wine! And sangria! And vodka soda with lemon! 

No, I am not an alcoholic but if I want to have a drink or 2 I will do so…

I also try to stop eating by 9 pm! I rarely do though, it’s usually more like 10, BUT if you can go from 10 pm to 10 AM with JUST coffee and/or green tea then you will have gone 12 hours of fasting!!! 

A GENTLE way to add a bit of intermittent fasting! 

NOW, when I have my lunch or dinner, I no longer feel guilty for eating and therefore I’m ENJOYING eating!!!

It’s working for me! I’m a work in progress just as you are!

This may not be the solution for you, but I felt the need to share as I feel like I FINALLY have CONTROL over my eating and PROGRAM I have been running on. 

You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge right?
