Stress and anxiety are two of the most common emotions that people experience on a daily basis. While some stress is normal and can even be beneficial, too much stress can have negative consequences on your health, both physically and mentally.
Alright, so how would it feel if you could relieve a ton of stress and anxiety from your life and stop living in fear?
What would that do for your life?
So today we’re gonna talk about how to get complete control over your own thoughts, therefore emotions, therefore behaviors.
Because here’s the truth. Your thoughts create your reality, your thoughts create your emotions which then create your behaviors.
So if you don’t have really good control over your thoughts, they rule you and they determine everything that happens in your life.

When you have good control over your own thoughts, you completely change your reality.
- This is all about changing your perspective.
- This is gonna probably get a little bit real.
So if you don’t like real talk, this post may not be for you.
Okay so here’s the deal…
Right now on this planet, there’s a lot of stuff going on and the truth is we don’t have control over most of the stuff that’s going on on the planet right now do we?
- I don’t know about you but I can’t change the fact that we’re going into a recession.
- I can’t change the fact that the inflation rate is crazy high.
So it’s a complete waste of time to try to control the things we can’t control.
Why waste your precious time and energy?
The truth is the only thing you can control.
The only thing you can control is yourself and your own thoughts which create your emotions which create your behaviors.

This is a radical shift in perspective when I had this realization and I shifted the way I looked at things my life completely changed.
I stopped trying to control the things that were out of my control, right?
The things that are happening on the planet in the industry um in every industry on the planet, right?
Every single industry is having a hard time right now.
So if you’re building an online business and you’re in network marketing, affiliate marketing coaching, whatever chances are your income might be down right now because most people are having, people are having a hard time financially obviously with all the inflation right?
People are fearful, they don’t know what the future looks like. Right?
But here’s the thing I would like to help you not allow that to affect your state of mind.
I want to help you have a rock-solid state of mind and it starts with you controlling your thoughts.
It starts with you changing your perspective and giving up controlling the things that are out of your control.
So let’s talk about what you can control.
Here are 5 easy things you can control to ditch the stress and get control over your emotions:
Tip #1: You Can Control What You Do in Your Business
When things are hard, some people are going to just sit on the sidelines and say things like, “oh well you know there are fewer people buying right now” and place themselves in complete victim mode.
So you can decide to do less in your business or you can decide to do more and go harder, right?
Wouldn’t that be the smarter thing to do now is the time to run even harder to make up for some of the things that are lacking?
Tip #2: Meet More People and Build More Relationships
How about you start providing more value to your audience so that when you make offers, people see you as a person of value and they take you up on your offer?
Maybe fewer people are taking people up on their offers right now, but you want it to be you making some of those sales, right?
So if you’re not providing value, nobody sees you as a person of value.
And therefore when you go to make an offer, you don’t get any takers. Does that make sense?
So go out there and:
- build a whole bunch of relationships and fill your relationship pipeline
- provide a lot of value to your audience
- inspire people
- teach them stuff
- make more offers
Are there smaller offers you can add to your offer repertoire? Are there some bigger offers?
Tip #3: Change up what you’re offering.
For example, if you’re let’s say, in a high ticket thing where you’re selling is, let’s just say it’s $1,500… well things might be a little tough right now and it might be a good idea to add a less expensive offer to your list of offers.
You want to have a different range of price points.
That’s absolutely what I do.
I have a different range of price points so that when you’re talking to somebody, you kind of have something for everyone and in all different price ranges.
I know a lot of people in every single industry are a little freaked out going, “oh my God, business is down.”
If you’re feeling that way, guess what?
It’s that way for everyone, and it makes sense because of the state of the world.
The inflation.
People losing their jobs.
That being said though, there are a lot of people who are looking for an extra way to make money.
An extra revenue stream.
So don’t forget that means connecting with more people and making more offers could be not just beneficial for you but incredibly helpful for the people you’re offering to help make money online.
Tip #4: Mix Things Up and Think Outside The Box
So here are a couple of suggestions:
- What if you did a giveaway to get extra customer sales? You do a giveaway, you spend a little bit of your own money.
- Maybe do a free challenge? You’re providing people with value. Then at the end of it, you can make an offer.
You’re also building that know-like and trust factor with the people who join your challenge, right?
You’re also building your credibility, authority, and influence with the people who join your challenge.
Therefore when you make them an offer, they’re way more likely to say yes to your offer rather than just doing a Facebook post and making an offer.
Tip #5: Personal Development
One other thing you can do and I think this is incredibly important, is the importance of doing personal development right now.
So if you’re living in a state of anxiety and stress and in fear, fear of the unknown, what the hell’s going to happen on this crazy planet a year from now?
This might be time for you to double down on personal development.
If you’re somewhat spiritual, maybe spending some extra time studying spirituality, opening your mind…
If you’re strong in your faith, whatever faith that might be right now might be a time to kind of double down and read your bible.
I’m not religious, I’m spiritual, but I’ve been doubling down on filling my head with positive mind-opening stuff now.
So if the minute I feel some a sense of lack, fear, or anxiety, any of those negative emotions, I get myself out of it, right?
I’ve got my little mindset hacks, and I go to the fact that I can’t control that stuff.
I’ll pick up a book on spirituality or watch a youtube video on personal development…
I’ll do something to shift my line of thinking🤔.
You’ve got to get to a place where you can change your mental state really, really quickly.
Things that used to affect me for like hours, days, weeks, and months, I can now get over in like 30 seconds just because I’ve learned how to shift my perspective.
So I hope that makes sense.
I hope this helps you give up controlling the stuff you have no business controlling and just control yourself.
It’s the only thing you can control, right?
So instead of allowing your brain to go to the, “oh poor me, things are rough, business is rough”, blah, blah blah, what can I do about it?
So you can acknowledge and go, “yeah, times are tough, what can I do about it?“
And focus on the things that you can control instead of allowing yourself to just be paralyzed with fear and stop taking action in your business and in your life.
