So, you have a call coming up with a new lead. What are you going to say? Are you going to follow some pre-fab script and READ it to them?
That’s a big turn off. Even if they haven’t already heard your scripted conversation, you’re going to sound like you’re reading. And if you NEED to be reading a script, are you selling something you actually believe in?
